Interns are an important part of our church. We are currently searching for a team of interns who want to develop personally and serve locally (and globally) in the following areas: Community Relations/Welfare, Children’s Ministry, Youth & Schools Work, Young Adults, Worship, Technical & Media.

The Cause
We are a community of people passionately serving God [MINISTRY], growing in our love for Him [WORSHIP] and for others [FELLOWSHIP] –The Great Commandment, Matthew 22. We are Reaching out [EVANGELISM] to the whole family with the hope of Jesus, teaching them [DISCIPLESHIP] how to live as fully devoted followers of Him –The Great Commission, Matthew 28.
The Commitments
Our commitment is to host you in a home with a family, to provide a small stipend towards necessary living expenses and on-the-job training (including training through external sources such as the Global Leadership Summit). If you’re considering full time ministry, we will support and encourage you to find your call and develop as a leader. We also commit to review your internship after a three month trial period to ensure that you are happy and fulfilled in your role.
Your commitment is to serve wholeheartedly; learn graciously; laugh unreservedly; think creatively; talk inclusively and love practically. You will feel called by God to serve as an intern and will support the Wesleyan church and its beliefs. You will also need to provide your own travel to and from Australia, any required Visas and travel insurance.
